Profile

Dr. Noakowski is expert on large industrial structures such as chimneys, cooling towers, facades, industrial floors, kilns, LNG-tanks, office buildings, parking structures, refractories and storage tanks. His works on stiffness oriented design methods, deformation and tightness of concrete structures as well as mechanics of refractories have been widely published and are basis for regulations and standards. His experience includes over 800 arbitration opinions provided for courts and expert’s reports for owners of industrial facilities in different countries. He gives presentations at conferences of industry associations, holds training courses for practitioners and teaches at the universities in Dortmund and Gliwice.
